New clients, please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a quick form.
We understand that stuff comes up, but we ask that you give us at least twelve hours notice before you cancel your appointment. If you cancel within twelve hours of your confirmed appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the full service amount.
If you do not show for a confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of your service amount. Please be considerate of your esthetician who gets paid to provide you a service. When you do not show you affect their earnings for the day, which is unfair. We also have a wait list of clients who would have loved your appointment spot but couldn’t take it because you reserved that time.
We do accept walk-ins, but only for quick treatments such as underarms and lip waxes.

We are happy to return or exchange unopened products purchased at Ksenia's Skin care and Waxing Salon when a receipt is provided. We do not refund or exchanged opened products.
